Today was mirage day note the poor match rifle scores in slow prone!  Bright sun always seems to make shooting on our range tough.  Give me an overcast day anytime.  Personally I had to make sight adjustments as the match progressed and I shot on the morning relay. I am told it was even more pronounced in the afternoon.

I know we stirred up a pretty good dust cloud around the targets in the rapid sequences I note this as my excuse for shooting two shots on the wrong target in rapid prone!

It is nice to see Bart shooting well, he must be acclimating to his medications.  To the rest of us, better luck next time.

Remember you can check your scores on the Springs Rod & Gun Club web site:  www.springsrodandgunclub.org. or  www.jjgun.com

Thanks again for coming today.

Pete Mathews (398-4368)    Dave Dunkle   (398-4052)
