Cambridge Springs Rod and Gun Club held the 2025 Annual Bolt Gun Rifle
Match today at the Club Range. This match started out years ago as a
military service rifle match, and the two competitors who showed up today
held true to that tradition. Both Dave and Steve used WW2 era 03/A3 bolt
guns, as did Dan Gruver, who couldn't make it today but shot his Springfield
in last week's High Power Match.
Dave and Steve tied with identical scores today, even to the X count. I
have always heard that in a situation like this you use the Offhand score as
the next tie breaker, and so I must concede the match to Steve.

This was the last rifle match atCambridge Springs this year. Thanks to
all who help so much throughout the season. We had a lot of fun, and look
forward to seeing lots of rifle shooters next year.
