What a array of rifles today! We had more .22's than ever and look at Bart's score with a .22 upper on his AR! Maybe, just maybe, here is an inexpensive way, at least for ammo cost, to compete and have fun. You don't even have to worry about finding your brass or reloading. With .223 and 30-06 ammo costing something like fifty-cents a round a shooter of modest means has to think twice about dropping $27.50 just for ammo for a match. A .22 shooter can even afford to practice.

Anyway, as usual, there were good scores shot and some not so good. Several guys, for various reasons had bad sub-events – bad ammo, goofy sight adjustments and so on. Better luck next time.

We all love the day when everything comes together and the bullets land in the middle of the target. Good planning always helps.

Thanks for coming.

Pete & Dave
