Well, it didn't rain today! It was a very nice day for a change.
We didn't know what to expect as far as the number of shooters it being a the 4th of July weekend, but we had a resonable turn-out. Several guys shot well, Phil Right shot what is likely the best .22 score we have seen to date, a 419-4X! Dan Hite came through with a 429-2X. Perhaps the best performance of the day was junior shooter Andrew Burr's 436-0X. Caleb Olczak shoots his AR-74 in 5.45 X 39 very well - I couldn't see those sights. Bart Wineland shot with a new barrel on his rifle and produced a nice 465-4X, the top score of the day.
The help in getting set up in the morning and at tear down in the afternoon is very much appreciated. It shows much about the guys who shoot at our club!
